It really is amazing the difference 12 months makes. Here is Zac, on January 1 this year. And here is is today. Chalk and cheese.
Zac had his first ever trip to the beach – fittingly Burleigh Beach. He toppled over and got some sand on his face, but thought it was all rather funny.
Zac enjoyed Burleigh, and especially the company – all of us were there to serve his every whim.
Putting Zac to work
Zac rolls, laughs, eats and sleeps. He pretty much beams at anything that moves.
Little Zac is a delight to us. He is such an easy going little fellow. Zoe is really very smitten with him and likes to help look after him. Joel loves his little brother too and is gradually learning to express it in a less enthusiastic way – ie. learning the gentle art of patting [...]
Zac has been transferred to Tamworth Hospital. They doctors there dont know what it is that is causing his high temperatures. He doesnt seem to have any other noticable symptoms, but they are very concerned about his temperatures. Panadol does very little. They did 2 lumbar punctures yesterday, and failed to get a good sample [...]
Zac didnt sleep last night at all. He was up crying, in some pain. Ness took him to the hospital this morning and he’s in “under observation”. He’s on oxygen because his heart rate was well over 200. We are not sure what the problem is at the moment. Update: Zac & Ness are in [...]
We are now at home. Ness and Zac were in hospital less than 11 hours. Both are asleep, and are doing fine.
Today at 3:57am we welcomed Isaac (Zac) William Turner into the world. Weight: 3.92 Kg, Length: 52.5 cm. All are doing well. Praise God for this life.
